You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge and did not use the service during that period, contact support for a refund of that charge.
If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, unused prepaid time will be refunded pro rata.
